Brittany Crews

After being named Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2002, I was presented a full scholarship to High Point University by the university’s President, Dr. Nido Qubein. I became a spokesperson for the home of the Panthers as a University Cheerleader and University Ambassador. Leadership and professional skills were instilled in me during my term as President of Alpha Gamma Delta (Gamma Eta Chapter), and as Team Leader for the HPU Student Leadership Experience. My passion for employee development and training came through my internship with High Point Regional Health System.
After college, I began my career by coordinated marketing, patient/physician education efforts, and surgery schedules as a Patient Services Representative at The Raleigh Center for Weight Loss Surgery (RCWLS). During my time with RCWLS, I obtained my Lap-Band Total Care Certification and met surgery schedule quotas every month.
Currently, I am the Director of Client Services and a Certified Business Coach at K.Coaching, Inc., a sales training and business consulting organization. I enjoy organizing and facilitating training sessions as well as offering career coaching and leadership training to students and young executives.
In my spare time, I am a dance choreographer and pageant producer. My choreography has won high honors awards at state competitions and has been featured on the stages at Campbell and Duke Universities, Louisburg College, and the Miss North Carolina stage. As a member of the Miss America Prep Committee for the Miss North Carolina Organization, my talent and image consulting helps young women in pageantry set, and reach, their goals on and off the stage. Hailey Best, Miss North Carolina 2011 and Top 15 Finalist at Miss America said, “[Brittany] helped create a confidence in me that I never knew could exist” when referring to my coaching techniques. I also volunteer my time with the North Carolina’s Outstanding Little Miss Organization, a non-profit that serves as a mentor program for young ladies ages 5-13.
Setting goals that will challenge me to become more of a well-rounded person is a habit that I take seriously. Encouraging others to reach their own personal goals is my passion. The most rewarding thing for me is to see those that I help cross their personal finish line.
